I am lucky enough when my working company decided to give me a value RM14xx brand new "mobile phone" which able to make call without paying a single cent. No rate plan required. Forget about UOX, DCampus, Hotlink Zone bla bla bla... However the short side is it does not allow SMS, MMS or video streaming...
